    These can be anything ranging from tinned hotdogs, Irish stew and casserole, to tinned mince, chicken curry and stewed steak.

    Tuna, mackeral, sardines etc.
  • Tinned Spagetti
    Not just spagetti but spagetti hoops, shapes, macaroni cheese and even bolognese.
  • Baked Beans
  • Tinned Vegetables
    This can be anything from peas to carrots or vegetable medley.
  • Tinned Fruit
    So peaches, fruit cocktail, pineapple slices, pears etc.
  • Custard or Rice pudding
    Either cartons or tinned is fine
  • Breakfast cereal
    Family sized boxes are great but also boxes of wheat biscuits, museli, granola are just as good. Even boxes and bags of oats are fantastic.
  • UHT Milk
    We really really really need a constant supply of UHT milk. Not only is it used for breakfast cereals but for tea and coffee too.
  • Tea and Coffee
  • Soup
    All varieties welcomed.
  • Pasta and Rice
    Doesn’t matter the shape but all kinds of dry pasta and different kinds of plain rice.
  • Sauces
    All manner of pasta sauce, curry sauces, passata, cooking sauces are welcome. As well as tinned tomatoes.
  • Instant Mash
    Another one of the items that we constantly need.
  • Hot Snacks
    These can be anything from instant noodles to packets of savoury rice.
  • Sugar
  • Sweet treats
    Any kind of biscuits or packets of “lunchbox” cakes are a very welcomed treat in our food parcels. Especially for those with a family.
  • Toilet Rolls
  • Toiletries
    We like to make sure that everyone who needs a food parcel also has soap or shower gel as well as toothpaste and deodourant.
  • Sanitary items
    Tampons and sanitary towels are put in our toilet for anyone who needs to take some. We won’t see women of any ages go without these necessary items.
  • Washing Powder
    As well as making sure our service users have toiletries, we also give them washing powder to take care of their clothes.
  • Pet food
    Yes, we also help out our service users pets. We are always looking for dried and tinned pet food, and treats.

Just because an item isn’t on the list, doesn’t mean that we won’t welcome it.

If you would like to donate any food to us, you can either drop it into our centre or put your items in one of the collection points in shops, businesses, and supermarkets across the area.
